ORDERING & DELIVERY



ORDER
How do I place an order?
- Select a category of your choice, Eg: New Arrivals , Tops or Bottoms and browse through the items.
- Click on the product images you would like to view in greater detail.
- Use the Order Form provided to place an order
- Next, you will receive a payment advice (invoice) email after submitting your order. Please make your payment and revert back to us within 24 hours.
- Within the next 48 hours, we will verify your payment and send you an email once your payment has been verified.
- Your item(s) will be mailed out within 3 working days after we have verified your payment.
AutumnBunnies reserves the right to cancel your orders if no payment nor replies were made during the given time frame.


PAYMENT MODE
For local buyers, we accept:
- DBS/ POSB Internet bank transfer
- DBS/ POSB ATM transfer (ATM transfer customers to provide us with a snapshot of transaction receipt for verification purpose)
-Remember to retain the receipt to prevent any misunderstandings


DELIVERY
All our local and international parcels are being delivered by Singpost. We highly recommend that you opt for registered postage to prevent lost parcels as all registered parcels can be tracked via Singpost's website. We will not be liable for any parcels lost by using normal postage during the duration after posting out.





Local Normal Postage charges:

- Apparel: SGD$1.50
- Accessories: SGD$1.00
- Bags & Shoes: SGD$2.50
For every subsequent item, rhere will be an additional charge SGD$0.50.

Local Registered Postage charges:
- Apparel: SGD$3.50 
- Accessories: SGD$3.50 
- Bags & Shoes: SGD$4.00 & $5.00 respectively
For every subsequent item, there will be an additional of SGD$1.00

Local Singpost SMARTPAC:
A flat rate of $4.20 regardless of the number of pieces you have ordered. (receive your package the next working day upon payment verification)
*If you have ordered backorder and instock items in one invoice, it will be considered as seperate entity and will be counted as 2 shipment*

Local A.M Mail Service (LETTERBOX):
$2.60 per item.
*For urgent items, you can opt for this service to have your items delivered to you by 11am the next working day upon payment verification.*





Local A.M Mail Service (DOOR STEP):

$3.90 per item.
*For urgent items, you can opt for this service to have your items delivered to you by 11am the next working day upon payment verification.*
Please take note that AutumnBunnies do not accept combined postage for backorder items as item(s) will arrive at a different timing.




SELF COLLECTION
Self collection will be available at Bukit Batok St 11, Blk 142.
Do drop me a message before you arrive. (at least 1 hour notice)

Meetups will also be available at:
-Bukit Batok MRT
-Queenstown MRT
-MDIS Queenstown campus

Due to storage constraint, customers who opt for self collection would have to collect their item(s) within 1 month, otherwise the item(s) would be put up for sale.
