Thus items that are not paid for within 24hours, unless agreed by both AutumnBunnies & Buyer, item(s) will be put up for sale. All dead buyers will also be blacklisted from our website and from all future purchases.

No backing out after submitting the order form. We will not hesitate to blacklist you.

We will take legal actions against fraud cases. So please do not try to fake a payment if you seriously did not make any.

All our images are copyrighted. Please do not use any of our images without our permission.
AutumnBunnies makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our Web site. However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.

AutumnBunnies does not do refunds in any cases of a customer backing out.

If we have received a return mail, regardless of whether you have provided us the wrong address, or did not collect your item from the Post Office (for registered postage), you will be required to top up an additional $2.00 for normal postage, and $4.00 for registered postage.
(additional of $1 for every next item.)
However, if we have made a mistake and written the wrong address, the second mailing fee will be paid by us.
p.s if the item is exceptionally heavy, you will be required to pay the full amount for the postage fees.

Returns and refunds will only be accepted if there are any defects on the items upon receiving. However,AutumnBunnies will make an effort to check and ensure that all items are in 100% good condition before mailing them out.

If you have received an item with a defect, please send an email with a clear picture of the defected product to autumnbunnies@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving the product(s). Defected goods must be returned within 3 days from the date you email us about the defects. Email us once you mailed out the defected piece.

We will NOT REFUND if item is not returned within 3 days after emailing us. Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will issue a bank transfer of the refund amount only when the merchandise is in original packaging and in brand new condition. An email will be sent to you upon completion of refund.
There is strictly no exchange nor refund policy for items that does not fit.


All the prices stated on the site are final, non-negotiable and exclusive of postage charges. AutumnBunnies does not do any form of reservations or trades.

AutumnBunnies reserves the right to reject a transaction/customer at our own discretion. AutumnBunnies also reserves the right to amend Terms & Conditions at any given time.
